We demand a world with more women-led and women-owned businesses where you can create jobs with flexibility and generous pay to close the gender pay gap and make the workplace a better place for women and other marginalized people. Who run the world?

When you give yourself permission to build wealth and ask for exactly what you want, you give other women permission to do the same, improving equity and opportunity for everyone.

We’ll show you how confidence helps you build a business that makes a difference and makes you money. Big money.

So you can pay your bills, bills, bills.

When you build wealth for yourself you have the power to change lives and lift households, communities, and nations out of poverty. We’ll show you create your own path towards financial independence and empowerment by using the skills and resources you already have.

What Our Clients Are Saying

How We Do It

Our Coaching Philosophy

Our Coaching Philosophy is rooted in three principles that help you develop as a business owner. You’ll learn how to build a Coaching Mindset, ask Powerful Questions, and provide Strategic Advice to help your clients reach their fullest potential.

What makes our philosophy different is that we also apply these principles to help YOU reach your goals, navigate impostor syndrome, and build a business you love.

We believe coaching can change the world, and our philosophy creates the ripple effect and impact that starts with you.

Our Values

Our company values not only inspire our coaching philosophy, but they drive everything that we do.

Courage

We take action and stand up for what we believe in, especially in service of others, even when it’s scary or unpopular. We lead with our beliefs, courage of conviction, and show up daily in fierce alignment with our purpose.

Curiosity

We ask questions to get to the root of problems, to understand ourselves and others better, and to challenge belief systems. Curiosity is the foundation for Empathy and allows us to better understand and connect with the experiences and emotions of another person. Curiosity is being willing to say, “I don’t know, but I’ll learn.”

Impact

We want to make a difference and produce real results through our actions, creating a ripple effect that impacts hundreds, thousands, and even millions of people. Our words and actions matter and they can change the world for the better.

Justice

We strive to acknowledge what’s unfair or inequitable in the world, understand the reality of what’s behind the inequity, and take action toward changing it. We demand equity. We listen to understand and amplify the voices of marginalized people to reach a common goal together.

Power

Empowerment comes from within. We believe every woman already has power within herself to choose her thoughts and emotions and look deeply within to better understand herself. We use our inner wisdom to radically transform our thoughts, our relationships, and our lives.

Meet Your Coach

Hey there! I’m Jessica Dowches-Wheeler (she/her), or Jessica DW for short. I’m an expert champagne-popper, horror movie fanatic, Birman cat mama, and mentor for women coaches and consultants who are ready to build the confidence they need to take their business to six-figures and beyond.

I’ve helped thousands of women like you find their purpose and take steps to align their careers and lives with who they’re meant to be. I’m also a former healthcare executive, management consultant and leadership coach, so I know how high-achieving women can feel like a cog in the machine.

I’ve climbed the proverbial ladder as the youngest leader and one of the only women on my leadership teams. I became a coach to dismantle the oppressive systems keeping women playing small, making less money, and doubting their greatness.

I’m tired of seeing talented women question their worth and settling for what they think they can get. If that’s you, a) you’re not alone, and b) you’re in the right place.

I’ll help you know your worth, see your value, and celebrate the strengths and accomplishments that make you, YOU.

And if you want receipts on my credentials, I got ‘em:

I earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF); and I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Download my Professional Bio here to learn more!

And when I’m not out here dismantling the patriarchy, you can find me:

  • Having a life-changing conversation with a stranger at the airport

  • Spending so long at brunch with a friend that my husband had to drive to the restaurant to make sure I was okay (true story!)

  • Cuddling with my Birman brothers, Berlioz and Toulouse

  • Reading one of the hundreds of books I bought on a whim (a book is never a bad investment)

  • Crying dramatically while watching We’re Here or Ted Lasso

  • Sitting with my husband, Blake, at our favorite winery in rural Virginia, soaking up nature’s peace

Confidence comes from taking action.

If you find yourself going through the motions, putting up with the patriarchy, struggling with self-doubt or negative self-talk, feeling unappreciated or undervalued, or ignoring the warning signs of serious organizational gender or racial bias, it’s time to take a stand. It’s time to put yourself first.

It’s time to take powerful action.
