You have low self-confidence, but some days are easier than others. You're hesitant to try something new if it seems too difficult to master. You set goals, but you're not always sure how to achieve them. You struggle with feelings of self-doubt and overwhelm which make you give up at times. It's difficult for you to overcome failure because you blame yourself or think "if only I..." You wish you could overcome your self-doubt and feel less anxious.

Your supervisors and coworkers see your value, yet you have trouble seeing it in yourself. You know what needs to get done and strive to give your best every day. You shy away from volunteering for new committees and assignments, and you're not one to ask many questions in a group setting. You thrive in supportive, nurturing environments where your coworkers are also your friends.

You're intimidated by other confident women. You wonder how they've seemed to master this confidence thing and wish you could be more like them. Your friends love you for who you are; you're loyal, kind and dependable. You tend to judge yourself against your friends, who you deem to be "more" than you (more successful, prettier, funnier, etc.). You can't help but compare your life to theirs and wish there was more.

You're unsure of your abilities in new situations. You let fear, overwhelm and doubt get the best of you sometimes. You're only comfortable in situations where you know your stuff, but you feel like those are few and far between. If it's unfamiliar or seems too difficult, you're not one to risk failure or rejection. You need help tapping in to the confidence that everyone knows you have but you.
