BE Grateful is a 28-day gratitude challenge designed to unlock your fears and cultivate happiness. The challenge helps you focus on what's going well in your life, bringing greater self-awareness and self-discovery.

Each week, participants will receive a workbook with daily questions designed to challenge your thinking, expand your worldview and dig deep into your personal values and beliefs.

Participants will be invited to a private Facebook community with daily challenges, group support and peer accountability, where you can share your happiness journey with a group of women like you.
